How does the AI content generation work?
AutoWrite uses Google Gemini AI with a dual-model strategy. Gemini Flash handles quick tasks like title generation and outlines, while Gemini Pro creates deep, long-form content. The AI adapts to your brand voice, tone, and style preferences.
Do I need any technical knowledge to use AutoWrite?
Not at all. AutoWrite is designed for non-technical users. Just install the app, set your niche and brand voice, and start generating content. Everything happens within a simple, intuitive interface.
What Shopify plans does AutoWrite support?
AutoWrite works with all Shopify plans that support the blog feature, including Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Shopify Plus.

How long are the generated blog posts?
Each post is typically 1,000-1,500 words, which is the sweet spot for SEO. The AI naturally incorporates your target keyword 3-5 times throughout the content for optimal keyword density.
What types of blog posts can I create?
AutoWrite supports 6 template types: Product Reviews, How-To Guides, Listicles, Comparisons, FAQs, and Gift Guides. Each template has a structured outline optimized for that content format.
How does the SEO scoring work?
Every post gets a comprehensive SEO analysis scored from 0-100. We check content length, SEO title optimization, meta description, keyword density, heading structure, URL handle, and keyword placement. You get real-time feedback as you edit.
Can I edit the AI-generated content?
Absolutely. Our built-in rich text editor (built on TipTap) gives you full control. You can format text, change headings, add lists, and even use the AI improve button to enhance specific sections.
Does AutoWrite handle images?
Yes! AutoWrite can generate AI blog header images using Google Gemini. It also auto-generates SEO-friendly alt text for images, naturally incorporating your target keywords.

What is the keyword research tool?
AutoWrite's AI-powered keyword research suggests long-tail keywords for your niche, complete with estimated search volume and difficulty ratings. You can approve, reject, or manually add keywords that are then used when generating content.
How does brand voice customization work?
You can create multiple brand voices, each with a name, tone (professional, casual, technical, etc.), sample text, custom instructions, preferred words, and banned words. The AI adapts its writing style to match your selected voice.
Can I schedule posts in advance?
Yes. AutoWrite includes a visual content calendar and multiple scheduling modes. You can schedule posts for specific dates, or use automated scheduling (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) with staggered publication.
What analytics does AutoWrite provide?
The analytics dashboard shows total posts created, published count, average SEO score, average word count, and total words written. You can also view per-post performance with SEO scores and keyword tracking.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 3 blog posts per month with AI generation, basic SEO scoring, and Shopify publishing. No credit card required.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your subscription continues until the end of the billing period, and your existing posts remain accessible.
How do I get support?
Pro and Enterprise users get priority support via email. Free users can access our documentation and FAQ. We typically respond within 24 hours.
